CASE STUDY: KT CORPORATION / NEUROSIGMA

KT Corp. made a $5 million equity investment in NeuroSigma’s digital health and neuro-electronics platform.

The transaction followed the June 2021 announcement of a strategic digital health partnership between NeuroSigma and KT.

The companies will jointly develop and commercialize ADHD and other digital therapies inside and outside of Korea.

We also assisted NeuroSigma to negotiate and complete the conversion of a substantial portion of its existing debt into equity, concurrently with the closing of KT Corp’s investment, which further strengthened NeuroSigma’s balance sheet for future growth.
