  • Co-Founder of $500 million private equity platform Coronal Energy, anchored by investment from Panasonic Corporation of North America.

  • Formerly a project finance and M&A attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP for 15 years.

  • Holds a JD from the University of Southern California Law School and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Duke University.

  • Board Member or Board Advisor to numerous companies in the energy, waste, agtech and biotech industries.

  • Wharton- Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst.

  • Spent nearly a decade with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, specializing in corporate M&A, and finance matters. 

  • Served as General Counsel of Coronal Energy, overseeing the platform's investment and financing transactions.

  • Holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall).

  • Served as legal counsel for asset management and director of acquisitions for Coronal Energy.

  • Responsible for the oversight of over 300 megawatts of operating solar assets and lead negotiations for over 100 megawatts of acquisitions.

  • Double majored in Entrepreneurship and Business Law at the University of Miami (FL) and received a JD from Southwestern Law School.
